I attended
SecVest in Bergen for the first time this year. It was an interesting experience.
SecVest is a small conference with several good speakers. One of the most interesting talks was in my opinion Andrea Barisani's talk on security in closed vs. open source software, where he also talked about his
ocert initiative. Per Hellqvist from Symantec also had an interesting talk about identity thefts in Scandinavia.
My talk was about general security in web applications with some live demos on how XSS, SQL-injection, XSRF and combination attacks can be performed.
Props to Suhail and the rest of the SecVest crew for a great conference.
